Ordering & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your coffee ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.

Yes. We currently ship throughout the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated during checkout based on your location.

At this time, we primarily serve customers within the United States. If you’re interested in international shipping, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Where is your coffee grown?

Our coffee is grown on our family farm in the beautiful highlands of San Ramón, Costa Rica, where rich volcanic soil, mountain elevations, and an ideal climate produce exceptional Arabica coffee.  Learn more about our coffee process.

Yes. Every bag contains 100% premium Arabica coffee sourced directly from our family farm.

Costa Rica is known for producing some of the world’s finest coffee. The country’s volcanic soil, high elevations, and careful farming practices create coffee with remarkable balance, smoothness, and vibrant flavor.

While we use sustainable farming practices and avoid unnecessary chemicals whenever possible, we are not currently USDA Certified Organic

Yes. Every coffee cherry is carefully hand-harvested to ensure only the ripest fruit is selected.

Freshness & Roasting

When is your coffee roasted?

Our coffee is roasted in small batches to ensure maximum freshness before it reaches your home.

Store your coffee in a cool, dry place in its original sealed bag or an airtight container. Avoid refrigeration, as moisture can affect freshness.

Currently, our coffee is available as whole bean to preserve freshness and flavor.  Shop our coffee flavors here.

Yes. Our coffee comes directly from our family farm in Costa Rica, providing a true single-origin experience with exceptional consistency and quality.

For the best flavor, we recommend enjoying your coffee within 30–60 days of opening while keeping it properly sealed.

Brewing

What's the best way to brew your coffee?

Our coffee performs beautifully in drip coffee makers, French press, pour-over, Chemex, and espresso machines. Brewing ultimately comes down to your personal preference.

Whole bean coffee allows you to grind specifically for your preferred brewing method:

  • Coarse — French Press
  • Medium — Drip Coffee
  • Medium-Fine — Pour Over
  • Fine — Espresso

Do you use sustainable farming practices?

Yes. We believe great coffee begins with responsible farming. We care for our land using sustainable practices that help preserve the environment while producing exceptional coffee.

Hand-picking allows us to select only the ripest cherries, resulting in higher quality coffee and a more consistent flavor.

Chuck and Leda are passionate coffee growers dedicated to sharing the authentic taste of Costa Rica. Their family farm has become a place where tradition, sustainability, and craftsmanship come together to produce exceptional coffee.

Payments & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards along with other secure payment options available during checkout.

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we generally cannot accept returns on opened products. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us—we’re committed to ensuring you’re satisfied.
